2020 Science Student Ambassador applications – Now Open

Science Student Ambassadors play a key role in the promotion of the Faculty of Science programs and activities to both future and current students.  They represent the Faculty at a variety of events including Open Day, information evenings, science precinct tours and school visits.  They also represent the faculty through social media contribution and marketing activities.

The Science Student Ambassador program creates opportunities for you to develop professional and personal skills, to network with fellow students and get involved with the Faculty of Science community.

You will receive training in a range of communications-based areas and will gain a variety of transportable skills that will enhance your resume. Participation in the program is an opportunity to develop workplace-relevant skills in marketing, communications and social media.

Science Student Ambassadors receive $1000 in recognition for their commitment to the role. This sum is paid to you in December upon successful completion of the program.
