The Science Peer Mentoring Program is back for its 6th year!
Do you remember what it was like in your first few weeks of uni? Not knowing where to go and how to seek help? If you are a current science student who is keen to give next year’s first year students a hand in those critical first weeks of uni, join us in the Science Peer Mentoring Program!
This is a great opportunity to develop your communication skills while mentoring and assisting new students to become familiar with the university environment. It will also be a lot of fun!
All applicants are required to attend a group interview conducted on 18 November (the last day of the exam period), as well as a mandatory training session taking place the week before orientation week next year.
Apply here. Applications close 16 October 2016.
This is a wonderful opportunity to develop lifelong friendships with your mentees and fellow mentors.
