Study Melbourne LIVE is an opportunity for international students to work on real world problems through the Victorian Government, a NGO or private enterprise developing practical and hands-on experience in the workplace. You will develop your marketable skills, and build an international professional network to help kickstart your future career.
The program operates around a team focus. In teams of five or six other international students, you will be tasked with creating a solution within organisations that value new perspectives and creative thinking such as Victoria Police.
The program will conclude with your team giving a boardroom presentation, giving feedback on your proposed ideas.
For those interested, information sessions will be available on the 22nd of August in H3 from 12pm to 1pm and again on Thursday at 1pm to 2pm n S230. Interested applicants must submit a resume and online application from the 23rd of August.

Honours offers the unique opportunity for students to stretch their legs with a research project of their own design. For those pursuing higher study, Honours gives a chance to develop yourself for a research background. It will give you an excellent foundation for further academic pursuits. Similarly, Honours gives students an employability edge as it serves to further their communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
Honours research projects are available for all Science majors.
