Room bookings are available for FACULTY OF SCIENCE students only.
The Science Student Learning Lounge is located at 14 Rainforest Walk, Monash University, Clayton Campus. There are three meeting rooms which can be booked in 1 hour booking blocks from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday during the semester.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you do not adhere to these terms and conditions, your booking will be removed!
- You must book using your Monash student email.
- Provide details of the number of people (minimum 2 people, maximum 6 people) using the room and the purpose for using the room below.
- MAXIMUM OF 2 BOOKINGS (2 hours) per group per day – all bookings exceeding this will be removed and you will be notified via email.

Keep the meeting rooms clean and tidy and remove all of your rubbish.

Do not remove or bring in additional furniture into the meeting rooms.

Cancel your booking if it is no longer required to allow other students to make bookings.

Room bookings are generally closed during summer & winter breaks. If you require a meeting room during this time, please contact the email below and we will try to accommodate your request.
